- Regular registration deadline: May 1, 2024
- Cancellation request deadlines:
- 100% refund until May 1
- 50% refund from May 1-May 15
- Financial support application deadline: February 22, 2024. For students and post-docs (max 2 years after defense), please email Mike Bergman (bergman@simons-rock.edu) with your abstract, name of your advisor and a short description of your situation.
- If you need a letter of invitation for a visa, please email Mike Bergman (bergman@simons-rock.edu).

The Conference Fee includes entrance to the conference facilities, coffee breaks, five breakfasts and lunches, icebreaker, conference dinner, and the local campus/town/hotels shuttle. There could be an additional fee for some excursions.
